📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- During high‑volume seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

We proudly ship to customers in:
- United States
- International destinations (select countries available at checkout)

📬 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

- Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
We are not liable for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers
If an issue occurs, we will do our best to assist you, but we recommend contacting the carrier directly for the fastest resolution.
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
After 7 days, no refunds or exchanges are allowed.
