You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
After 7 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund, exchange, or store credit.
📬 Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Tags must still be attached
- The item must be free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
🚫 Non‑Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Clearance or final‑sale items
- Gift cards
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

- A refund will not be issued if the investigation shows the item was successfully delivered or if the claim cannot be validated.
Final Determination
All decisions made at the conclusion of the investigation are considered final.
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
